Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

LUMEN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase made through the Lumen app, including extra scan credits and the Hardmax unlock. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds for Lumen purchases are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Use the "Request a refund" option on your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
  3. Alternatively, contact LUMEN support via the in-app help and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refund mechanics are also governed by the Paddle Refund Policy.
